ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA GIUSEPPE GIUSTI DAL 1605, THE OLDEST ACETAIA IN ITALY.
Since the 17th century, the Giusti family has tended to its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that yields complex gustatory harmonies and products of excellence cherished worldwide.
Five bottles, Champagnotta format, 250 ml each, of the highly prized MODENA BALSAMIC VINEGAR IGP, packaged in their own elegant case.
1 BOTTIGLIA "UNA MEDAGLIA D'ARGENTO" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich fragrance and a good, round balsamic acidity, the "Silver Medal" represents a strongly aromatic product, capable of elevating with its intensity the flavors of dishes to which it is added. Suitable for both raw and cooked use.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak casks from 1900 with the addition of balsamic vinegar already aged, drawn from batteries of century-old casks.
1 BOTTIGLIA "DUE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - IL CLASSICO" 250 ML.
A historic product of Acetaia Giusti, the "Classic" is a balsamic of great versatility, for both cooking and raw use. Of good density and excellent sweet-sour balance, it features notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with the addition of balsamic vinegar already aged, drawn from batteries of century-old casks.

Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe at the beginning of the 20th century, it is made from musts of ripe and sun-dried grapes. Aromas of plum jam and red fruits intertwine with notes of honey and vanilla in this balsamic of great density and sweetness, perfect for raw-dressing a wide range of preparations, from sweet to savory.
