Celebration of the centenary: The bear is exclusively produced for Danbury Mint to commemorate the 100-year anniversary of the first theater production of Peter Pan (written by J.M. Barrie)
Charity: The edition was linked to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. J.M. Barrie at the time transferred the rights of Peter Pan to this children's hospital, and with the sale of this bear money was raised for the foundation.
Important features of this bear: Material: Made of high-quality light brown/gold-colored mohair. Medallion: It wears a unique 22-karat gold-plated medallion around its neck with the text "100 Years of Peter Pan". Logo: The logo of the Great Ormond Street Hospital is embroidered on the sole.
Size: The bear is about 28 to 30 centimeters tall and is fully poseable (5-way jointed).
