the electronically controlled Thorens belt drive, the drive belt is new,

a vibration-damping chassis with high mass inertia,

its thread-suspended anti-skating counterweight, for precise adjustment of anti-skating,

electronic non-contact end-stop switch,

the Thorens TD-280 MK IV turntable is connected via upgraded high-quality gold-plated RCA Cinch connectors for lossless signal transmission, and a ground lead cable,

which yields a sound-neutral playback of the vinyl contents.

Weight-balanced tonearm, with adjustable anti-skating via a thread-suspended counterweight.

For safe raising and lowering of the tonearm, there is a finely damped tonearm lift.
