Nice lot of dougas from the animated series Saint Seiya: The Knights of the Zodiac.
It is a scene from episode 82, "The Hell Burning Beneath the Ice," depicting a discussion between Hagen and Freya (Flame in the French dub).
The drawings are visible from 15 minutes 28 seconds into the episode (see photos).
