This solid oak sideboard from Castle Furniture is in neat, used condition and has stood the test of time well.

Damage: There is no major structural damage. The cabinet shows normal, light signs of wear on the top surface and around it that are consistent with its age and regular use of the piece (see photos).

Restorations: The sideboard is entirely in its original condition. To the best of our knowledge, it has never undergone any restorations.

Changes: No adaptations, modifications, or alterations have been made to the furniture. All original components, including the authentic brass hanging and locking hardware and the accompanying keys, are present and fully functional.

Provenance: This sideboard was originally supplied by the factory for the outfitting of the office of the well-known Dutch media producer Joop van den Ende in Studio Aalsmeer. The piece was directly acquired at that time by the family of the current owner (who worked there at the time). A unique piece of furniture with a wonderful slice of Dutch television history!
