Wall mirror, brass and glass, 1950s, Spain
Oval wall mirror, framed by a crown of metal rays crafted in brass. These rays, symmetrical, sharp, and evenly spaced, build a radial composition that generates a dynamic solar effect.
The brass presents a natural patina that has evolved uniformly with time. Its warm tone gives a sense of authenticity and adds a vintage look to any interior. The glass is original. Sun mirrors have been a very common element in interior design. In Spain they recall the sea, good weather, and summer.
