The lot features the iconic and very rare 10190 “Market Street”, the first LEGO set produced in 2007 on the Modular Buildings Factory theme MISB Mint with seals intact.

LEGO 10190 Market Street is a set of modular factory buildings released in 2007, containing 1,248 pieces and 3 minifigures. Developed by the LEGO Factory program from an AFOL project by Eric Brok, it features a blue city townhouse with a market arch on the ground floor, an external staircase and a modular sidewalk base. Built to the modular standard, it connects with 10182 Cafe Corner and other buildings in the series. Exceptionally for the early modular buildings, its minifigures use detailed printed faces rather than the classic smiles, and copies of the set were also handed to participants of the LEGO Inside Tour 2007.

To this day it is considered a must by LEGO collectors for its rarity and beauty.
