Although unsigned, this bracelet is attributed to Franz Scheurle (Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany).
The 4 large links (each 4 x 2.5 cm) are connected by an ornately engraved section, in which the slider clasp is also hidden. There is also a safety catch.
