Portuguese Neo-Rococo wall mirror in carved walnut — 19th century. Portuguese wall mirror, from the late 19th century, in carved walnut wood, in the Neo-Rococo taste. Frame with a cut-out contour and undulating lines, richly decorated with scrolls, vegetal and floral motifs, reticulated recesses and a pierced cornice, topped by a stylized element. Mirror of curvilinear rectangular shape, following the sinuous design of the frame. Back panel made of wooden boards, with a metal hanging system. It shows signs of use and aging, small losses and widespread traces of inactive wood-boring insect activity. Dimensions: 88 × 110 cm.
