AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

A Leica Summaron 35mm 1:3.5 in very fine condition.

The Leitz Summaron was introduced by Leica in 1945.

The lens is designed for Leica screw-thread cameras (LTM/M39), such as the well-known Leica II, IIIa through IIIg. Leica

Via a standard M39-to-M adapter, the lens is also suitable for all analog and digital Leica M cameras (such as the Leica M3, M6, M9, or newer M11). Note when using on Leica M cameras: the lens itself has no notches to activate the 35mm frame lines in the viewfinder. For cameras that do have these lines (such as the M2 and M4), or for the Leica M3 (which has 50mm lines), you need a finder attachment (such as the SBLOO).

The lens offered here, with serial number 713847, is from 1949 and is in very beautiful condition: no fungus, haze or scratches. Supplied with lens caps (not original). The photos form a cohesive whole with the description.
