Orthodox icon representing Christ Pantocrator holding a blessing cross, painted in tempera on a wooden panel and covered with a stamped silvered and gilded metal oklad, leaving visible the face and hands.
It is presented in its original kiot, with the beautiful silhouette chantournée, characteristic of 19th-century Russian production.
Condition: good overall condition with signs of use, slight deformations and oxidation of the oklad, some very slight cracks and losses on the kiot.
