Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use services such as FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Min Mail, etc.

Upon payment confirmation, we ship within 3–5 business days. (Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, Obon holidays.)

All items are packaged with protective materials such as sleeves, toploaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for any damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or while in transit.

Non-cancellable cases:
- Subtle differences from the image (especially centering)
- Condition of the outer packaging of unopened packs (not included with this product)
- Not recognizing duties/taxes

- Minor external damage (slight deformation, dents, scratches) will be considered shipping damage.
