Unused new in original box, never operated on a layout. Only slight storage ageing on the outer box. No longer in production — a rare collectible set in mint condition. Has been in private collection and now offered for auction.
Green DB Class 140 electric locomotive with metal construction, supplied with three matching “Silberlinge” commuter coaches:
• ABnrb 704 (1st/2nd class)
• Bnbr 725 (2nd class)
• BDnrzf 740.2 cab control car for push/pull service
Digital decoder with controlled high efficiency propulsion and controllable current conducting coupler. Two powered axles with four traction tyres. Triple headlights, red marker lights, and full train lighting operate in both conventional and digital modes. Acceleration and braking delay adjustable digitally. Pickup shoe changeover to the cab control car can be switched off in the locomotive.
Coaches are equipped with special two conductor current conducting couplers and adjustable buffers. Interior lighting is powered from the locomotive or cab control car depending on direction of travel. Total length approx. 98.5 cm.
Extensively tested and fully operational as per factory specifications. Complete with original packaging and documentation.
