All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We ship using FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Mail, and Mini Mail, among others.

After payment is confirmed, we will ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, and Obon).

All items are packaged with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap for safe transport.

However, we do not assume responsibility for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or delivery delays.

- Minor external packaging damage (slight deformation, dents, scratches) — we will treat as a shipping issue.
