Handcrafted kitchen cutting board in solid wood composed of 191 pieces from 6 fine woods: oak, larch, ipe, lime, pink pear, chestnut.
The woods are cut with a head cut to ensure greater longevity over time.
Each piece is made following a design that develops based on the artisan's imagination and the availability of the various woods.
Each cutting board requires about a week of work to its completion, including the drying times of the glue under pressure.
Each cutting board is a one-of-a-kind piece.
An excellent product of Italian craftsmanship.
New, never used.
The only treatment is food-grade mineral oil, which is also recommended for maintenance; alternatively olive oil.
