**Title:** Demaria-Lapierre Paris 9x12 Folding Plate Camera – Manar f/6.8 – Wollensak Shutter
Vintage French folding plate camera by Demaria-Lapierre, Paris, in 9x12 cm format, with original Manar f/6.8 approx. 135 mm lens and Wollensak shutter. A desirable collector’s item with attractive period character and honest age-related wear.
- **Condition:** Honest, untested on film.
- **Shutter:** Release works; different speeds sound distinct; bulb mode functions; shutter accuracy not tested.
- **Lens:** Manar f/6.8 approx. 135 mm; glass generally clear with some dust specks; no obvious cracks or heavy haze visible; diaphragm opens and closes properly through the range.
- **Bellows & movements:** Front bellows extend and can be moved up/down using the rise knob; bellows show several pinholes and will need patching or replacement for light-tight use.
- **Back & focusing hood:** Ground-glass back present, dusty but intact; folding focusing hood fabric is decomposing and torn; outer leather covering of back and body is generally in good cosmetic condition with age-related wear.
