Dressing table set (3) - .916 (88 Zolotniki) silver

Description: Elegant and robust three-piece dressing set in Art Nouveau (Modernist) style, made in Spain in the mid-20th century. The set stands out for its high silver content and the excellent quality of its cut crystal.

The lot includes:

Two perfume/lotion bottles: They retain their original silver necks and, very importantly, their inner glass stoppers, which allows functional use today.

A large jar (Powder/Cotton) with a solid silver lid decorated with relief garlands and floral motifs typical of Spanish Modernism.

Technical Analysis and Marks:

Silver: Lids and necks contrasted with the 916/000 stamp (First Law Silver of Spain) and the five-point star punch, the official guarantee mark in Spain from 1934 onwards.

Crystal: Lead crystal body of high quality, hand-cut with vertical fluting (canalization) design and a multi-rayed star on the base, which provides exceptional brilliance and refraction.

Fitment: The pieces bear confronting numbers (No. 34) punched in both the silver and the crystal neck, guaranteeing that each cap was individually hand-fitted to its corresponding bottle in the silversmith workshop.

Personalization: The pieces feature an elegant hand-engraved monogram on the central shield.

Condition: The set is in very good overall condition. The crystal is pristine, without cracks. The closing mechanisms and inner stoppers work perfectly. Note on the silver: The lid on the large jar shows some light dings or small superficial dents due to normal use over decades. These details are aesthetic and do not affect the piece's integrity.
