Pair of Portuguese display cabinets, finished in carved wood, in Neo-Gothic style and the reign of King D. José, late 20th century.

Rectangular body resting on cut-out legs, with rich carvings inspired by vegetal motifs and shell-like motifs.

Upper crest crowned by an exuberant pierced and carved pediment, characteristic of Gothic revival.

Two glazed doors with glazing bars forming an ogival design, enclosing an interior with wooden shelves.

Lower panels framed and generously carved in relief.

Hardware in gilded metal.

Pieces of high craftsmanship, ideal for displaying porcelains, glassware or collections.
