Portuguese Art Nouveau furniture, datable to the early 20th century (c. 1900–1915), designed for an entrance hall or bedroom. The composition is very characteristic of Art Nouveau taste, combining geometric lines with stylized floral decoration. Portuguese Art Nouveau furniture, early 20th century, in mahogany wood. A vertical body with elegant lines, topped by a rectangular mirror protected by a glass-front door, finished with delicate floral carving. The structure features a circular framing, a characteristic element of Art Nouveau aesthetics, and a lower open section intended for canes, umbrellas or support objects, resting on two drawers with metal handles. It retains the original hardware and is in good overall condition. Dimensions: 152 × 44 × 23 cm. It is a piece of Portuguese production influenced by international Art Nouveau, probably made between 1905 and 1915. The combination of the circle, the vertical lines and the floral ornament brings it closer to Viennese and French models, reinterpreted by Portuguese workshops. The reduced depth indicates it was designed for corridors or entrance halls.
