Gyuto in Warikomi, with a carbon core
Takohiki in carbon steel
Nakiri in carbon steel with a finger groove, which makes it very comfortable
Gyuto/Yanagiba in carbon steel, this is the best piece, signed on both sides by the forger.
Chef knife, also signed on both sides in carbon steel.
Please look closely at the photographs; one handle has been repaired with epoxy.
