1. Form and General Structure
Silhouette: The mask has an oval anthropomorphic shape, slightly narrowing toward the chin, characteristic of the region's statuary aesthetics in the Kasai area.
Crown: It is topped with three horns or vertical cylinders sculpted on the top of the skull, painted black and pierced with small lateral openings.
Profile: The side view reveals a dark old patina on the back of the mask, as well as a raised geometric frieze running along the temples.
