Coffee grinder (3) - Brass

Set of three traditional Turkish brass coffee grinders engraved, handmade in Anatolia during the first half of the 20th century (circa 1920-1950).

These cylindrical mills feature rich engraved decoration, wrought-iron cranks with brass knobs, and a beautiful original patina that attests to their age.

Designed to grind coffee very finely in the Turkish manner, they are now sought-after pieces for their ethnographic and decorative interest.

The three exemplars show variations in size and decoration, illustrating the traditional craftsmanship of Turkish workshops.
