Offered for sale: a beautiful Melody Astro Black 50 high-gloss black tube amplifier. This high-end amplifier delivers a warm and detailed sound, perfect for the audiophile. The amplifier is in excellent condition and comes with the tubes pictured, including the GOLD LION KT66, HYTRON JAN-CHY-6SN7GTB, and SYLVANIA 6SN7 new old stock NOS tubes. A true asset for any serious audio system. The amplifier has undergone various audiophile tweaks to perform even better.
Among other things, original speaker output connectors have been replaced with audiophile connectors. A Gold Lion KT66 tube has been installed as this tube was specifically made for audio, and an audiophile potentiometer has been installed. Internal capacitors have been replaced with audiophile versions. Includes protective caps for the tubes.
