This is a classic Italian ministerial lamp or "banker's lamp", probably produced in the 1930s or 1940s.
The design features a chromed metal shaft adjustable in height and a green enameled metal mushroom shade.

Characteristics that demonstrate the authenticity of the components:
- The presence of the original enameled metal shade (without deep cracks in the enamel) and the vintage butterfly hinges keep its value high.
- The chrome plating on the metal shows the typical patina and oxidation of the era. A conservative cleaning that does not scratch the original patina is optimal for collectors.

For maximum safety, the wiring should be updated with a three-conductor cord equipped with proper grounding.

Questa è una classica lampada ministeriale o "banker's lamp" italiana, probabilmente prodotta negli anni '30 o '40.
Il design è caratterizzato da un fusto in metallo cromato regolabile in altezza e un paralume a fungo in lamiera smaltata verde.


Caratteristiche che ne dimostrano l'autenticità dei componenti:
- La presenza del paralume in lamiera smaltata originale (senza crepe profonde nello smalto) e degli snodi d'epoca a farfalla mantiene alto il valore. 
- La cromatura sul metallo presenta le classiche fioriture e ossidazioni del tempo. Una pulizia conservativa senza graffiare la patina originale è ottimale per i collezionisti. 

Per la massima sicurezza l'impianto dovrebbe essere revisionato con un cavo a tre poli provvisto di adeguata messa a terra.
