Included unique cable

The sale includes the special original DIN-to-DIN interconnect cable designed specifically to connect the UP-010 preamplifier to the UM-010 power amplifier. This cable is an important part of the original Estonia 010 system and is becoming increasingly difficult to find separately. Its inclusion makes this set more complete and attractive to collectors.

NB! Connections

In keeping with the original design of the Estonia 010 series, the audio connections are based primarily on DIN connectors, the standard used by many European high-fidelity manufacturers during the 1970s and 1980s. External audio sources and recording equipment can also be connected using standard 5-pin DIN audio cables, which remain readily available from specialist audio suppliers.

Condition: Please refer carefully to the photographs, which form an integral part of the description. NB! Please note - As expected for vintage equipment, there are a few small scratches on the surface from age and normal use. Those problems are purely cosmetic and do not affect quality of sound of the preamplifier or amplifier works (look pictures).

The Estonia UP-010 preamplifier offers comprehensive signal routing and tone control, featuring independent bass and treble adjustment, switchable flat frequency response, low-frequency filtering, output level and overload indicators, loudness compensation, stereo headphone output, and extensive input/output connectivity. Two tape loops with dubbing capability allow recording between tape decks, while dedicated inputs are provided for a tuner, turntable and auxiliary audio sources.
