Refined plant stand or display pedestal made of solid wood with an elegant fusto tornito a tortiglione (Barley Twist), a typical European cabinetmaking craft from the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century.
The column features a solid circular contoured base that ensures excellent stability and a round top, ideal for displaying vases, sculptures, bronzes, busts, lamps or other works of art. The mahogany-tone finish enhances the natural grain of the wood and highlights the quality of the handmade craftsmanship.
The condition is good for its age, with normal signs of wear, small scratches, slight wear and original patina, which confirm authenticity and charm. The top surface shows natural wear of the finish due to use.
