Beautiful Porsche 911 (996) Carrera 2 Cabriolet – Top Maintained & Ready to Drive!
GENERAL:
Step in and enjoy pure German sportiness with this Porsche 911 type 996 Carrera 2 Cabriolet from 1999. This example is a timeless classic that perfectly combines great performance, luxury and the ultimate cabrio experience. It is a car that has been lovingly cared for and technically fully prepared for its next owner.
BODY & PAINTWORK:
This Porsche is in, especially given its mileage of 229,825 kilometers, a very neat and absolutely collectible condition. The car is finished in the popular elegant silver-grey metallic with a black leather interior. It sits on original wheels with externally excellent tires that guarantee maximum grip. The convertible top has a small cosmetic wear spot inherent to its age, but the top remains fully functional and 100% watertight.
TECHNICAL:
At the rear lies the legendary and powerful 3.4L six-cylinder boxer engine, paired with a comfortable and smoothly shifting automatic transmission. This 911 drives, steers and brakes as a Porsche should. Of particular importance to the connaisseur is that last month the car underwent a very large and costly service, during which the main mechanical points were addressed preventively. For instance, the notorious IMS bearing was replaced preventively, which is the crucial point for this generation. In addition, the automatic transmission has been fitted with a new oil pump, fresh oil and new filters. The engine also received a major service with new oil, all filters and new spark plugs. Technically this Porsche is therefore in absolute top condition.
INTERIOR:
The interior exudes pure class thanks to the high-quality, fully black leather upholstery. The Porsche is equipped with fantastic and original Porsche sport seats that provide perfect support during sporty drives. In addition, the car is richly equipped with comfortable options such as an electrically operated soft top, electric windows, electric seat adjustment, climate control and cruise control. As a modern upgrade, a high-quality Alpine head unit has been installed, linked to a rear-view camera for extra parking convenience.
