Saucer - .800 silver - 800-silver candy box

A beautiful antique 800 silver pierced bonbonnière dating from the German Empire period (1888–1933). This finely crafted piece features an elegant central medallion depicting three cherubs (angelots), surrounded by ornate Rococo-style openwork borders decorated with scrolling foliage and roses.

The piece bears the German crescent moon and crown hallmarks for 800 silver, clearly visible beneath the cherubs (see photos).
