Beautiful decorative vase, designed by Arthur Schulz, German sculptor (1873 - 1943) from the Berlin School.

The vase depicts a mermaid or nymph swimming between a school of fish and seaweed. Very three-dimensionally crafted with much attention to detail in the face, hair, and scales.

The vase is in good condition, with age-related patina on the metal and a small hole on the inside of one fish, not visible due to its position. The vase has deliberately not been polished to avoid loss of texture.
The vase is not marked as pewter, fine pewter, or silver.

Schöne dekorative Vase, entworfen von Arthur Schulz, deutscher Bildhauer (1873 - 1943) aus der Berliner Schule.

Die Vase zeigt eine Meerjungfrau oder Nymphe, die zwischen einem Fischschwarm und Algen schwimmt. Sehr dreidimensional gefertigt mit viel Liebe zum Detail an Gesicht, Haaren und Schuppen.

Die Vase ist in einem guten Zustand, Alterspatina am Metall und ein kleines Loch an der Innenseite eines Fisches, aufgrund der Lage nicht sichtbar. Die Vase ist bewusst nicht poliert, um einen Texturverlust zu vermeiden.
Die Vase ist nicht als Zinn, Edelzinn oder Silber gekennzeichnet.
