Specimen of hematoid quartz with numerous well-developed crystals of deep red color, distributed on a matrix. On some crystals there are natural encrustations of iron oxides, attributable to goethite or hematite, which give the specimen a bold character and a particularly natural appearance.

One crystal is missing, detached at the base, as visible in the photographs, but this does not compromise the overall harmony of the specimen.
