Set of 2 antique oak chairs in the Henri II / Neo-Renaissance style, dating from ca. 1880–1910, with woven rush seats in good used condition, originating from the Netherlands, with dimensions about 90 cm high, 45 cm wide, 40 cm deep and a seat height of 44 cm.

Description
Beautiful set of two antique solid oak chairs from the period circa 1880-1910, executed in the rich Henri II / Neo-Renaissance style. The chairs are characterized by their solid oak construction, finely hand-carved foliate and volute ornaments, turned front legs, and original elegant silhouette.
The rush seats are in a neat condition and provide comfortable seating. Over the years the wood has developed a warm, deep patina that enhances the authenticity and appearance. The chairs are sturdy and form, both individually and together, a atmospheric complement to a classic or eclectically styled interior.
Condition
Solid oak.
Beautiful old patina.
Rush seats in neat condition, lightly sagging.
Normal signs of use commensurate with age.
Oldworm traces present, with no signs of active damage.
