Description
Elegant coffee, tea and dessert service set in fine white porcelain, produced by the famous German manufacturer Winterling (Bavaria).
This model is distinguished by its honeycomb relief work (diamond point) on the bodies of the shaped pieces, highlighted by a delicate geometric frieze and a fine gold trim. A chic, timeless design from the mid-20th century.
The lot comprises a total of 19 pieces:
• 1 tall coffee pot (Height: approx. 22 cm)
• 1 teapot (Height: approx. 17 cm)
• 1 sugar bowl / jam pot with its lid
• 1 large serving bowl / tureen (Diameter: approx. 23 cm)
• 11 dessert plates / cake plates (Diameter: approx. 19 cm)
• 2 cups (Opening diameter: approx. 7.5 cm)
• 2 matching saucers
Imprints under the bases: * Original Winterling Marktleuthen Bavaria marks and Winterling Röslau Bavaria.
• Mention of the registered model: "Armada Nanda" accompanied by its green sailboat logo on the main service pieces.
Condition
Excellent overall condition. The porcelain is very bright and glossy, with no chips or cracks. The fine gold gilding is impeccably preserved, fresh and luminous, with very rare, invisible signs of use (see detailed photos).
