AGFA ISOLETTE I (medium format folding camera): Produced between 1951 and 1958 by Agfa-Kamerawerk AG in Munich. The camera was popular because it delivered large 6x6 medium-format negatives, yet thanks to the folding mechanism (the bellows) it was very portable and could fit in a jacket pocket. The entire Isolette series ran from 1937 to around 1960. Early models (before the war) were known in Germany as the “Soldatenkamera.”
The cameras share the same lens but differ in appearance:
