Colima pre-Columbian ceramic redware seated dignitary vessel, 15 cm high, with ceremonial hairdress, incised details, loincloth and bracelets, a naturalistic face with incised features and ear holes for ornaments, and a tubular spout on the black; in good condition with the left leg restored and covered with manganese deposits, acquired from a French auction house from a French private collection, dating to 100 B.C.–250 A.D., and accompanied by an authenticity certificate and a Spanish export licence, shipped insured, with delivery in September.
