Description from the seller
Lot consisting of 4 bottles of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy.
CAPRI Bottle - Riserva Blend 500 ml.
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, round and full.
Great balance with a finish of tomato, almond, and artichoke.
Ideal with all fish but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses, and all vegetable-based dishes.
A unique oil.
Our oil is a “unicum” precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced.
Indeed the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundantly present in the tuffaceous rock on which they majestically rise.
The location conveys to olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
The Centonze oil is characterized, like a pure food, as ideal to enhance all the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma and a rich and complex aromatic composition.
These are the qualities that have made the company the protagonist of numerous national and international recognitions, up to being declared, in May 2015, a Slow Food Presidium for extra virgin olive oil.
