Refined Graffito Art Frame, gilding incised in gold and plaster.
Scenic, beautiful in appearance and form, its main feature is the elegant wavy profile with shaped corners and the rich incised decoration in geometric, floral and foliate motifs.
Particularly noteworthy are the four extreme corners, delicately shaped and culminating in slender ornamental points, which lighten the frame profile and emphasize its formal elegance, giving the whole a refined decorative flair.
Very beautiful is the external band with a darkened background and fine lattice incisions, enriched at the four corners and in the central zones by stylized ornamental motifs in glossy gold.
The inner rebate is adorned with a lattice band incised within stylized ornamental reserves, delineated by thin golden moldings and enriched with graffito motifs of phytomorphic forms.
Complete with an original bronze ring decorated for hanging.

The refined incised decoration and attention to ornamental details testify to the master craftsmen of the era, capable of valuing decorative productions through careful engraving and manual finishing, creating an object of taste and character, still today able to enhance artworks, prints and mirrors in homes and galleries.
