Classic-inspired bust sculpture of Marcus Aurelius, made of marble powder and placed on a stand with a black metal base.

The work reproduces the features of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, one of the most important rulers of ancient Rome, remembered as the “philosopher on the throne” for his wisdom, sense of duty, and the famous Meditations. The surface is finished with a glossy night-blue lacquer varnish, applied with professional technique to enhance the details of the face, beard, and drapery, giving the object a modern, elegant character and a strong decorative impact.
