Candlestick (2) - Gilt bronze - Pair of bronze putti

Elegant pair of putti (cherubs) in gilded bronze. The figures, depicted in a dynamic and graceful pose, support with one raised arm a finely chased torch/lamp-holder.
Both figures rest on solid octagonal bases (or plinths), decorated with rosettes and classical friezes.
Napoleon III style and in excellent condition, these candelabras are 42 cm tall and in perfect preservation.
