Commode - Hardwood, Marble - Como style Luigi Filippo

Elegant dresser in the Luigi Filippo style, dating to ca. 1900, characterized by harmonious lines and refined veneer with spectacular bookmatched grain, which enhances the natural pattern of the wood on all the fronts of the drawers.
The piece features four large drawers, made with traditional dovetail joints, testimony to careful artisanal craftsmanship. The interior is in solid wood and preserves the natural patina of time.
The rounded side columns are embellished with elegant carved elements, while the brass hardware completes the ensemble with sobriety and elegance.
The dresser is topped by an original gray marble top, perfectly in line with the style of the piece and ideal from both an aesthetic and functional standpoint.
The furniture presents in good conservative condition, compatible with its age. The structure is solid, stable and the drawers run smoothly.
Only a delicate conservation cleaning has been carried out, aimed at removing surface dirt while fully respecting the original patina. Any specialized cleaning could further enhance its appearance.

Conditions:
The marble top shows some cracks in the lower part, not visible when viewing the piece from the front, at the corners of the rounded front. These cracks do not compromise the stability of the top and are a normal sign of time, as documented in the photographs.

Pickup:
The lot must be collected in Cavagnolo (Turin), Italy.
The buyer must present themselves with an appropriate means of transport and with all the material necessary for packaging and protecting the furniture (bubble wrap, blankets, straps or other suitable materials).
