This vintage pendant lamp combines a striking design with functional lighting, typical of the Space Age period. The fixture is crafted from acrylic glass and finished with a contrasting black rim, creating a sleek and graphic appearance.
The lamp features a distinctive pull-cord mechanism, allowing the height to be easily adjusted to suit the room. The white acrylic glass emits a soft, diffused light that creates a warm atmosphere. The construction is solid and reflects the production methods of the mid-twentieth century.
The object is in good condition, commensurate with its age and previous use. The original details, including the pull cord and ceiling rose, have been preserved.
This pendant lamp is perfectly suited above a dining table or in a seating area. The design fits seamlessly into both retro-inspired and modern interiors, where it serves as a functional and aesthetic focal point
The lamp is marked on the inside with ‘Acrylic glass refined handwork’.
The lamp has a few light scratches on the top (see photos). Otherwise, the lamp is in very good condition.
It has a large socket and is supplied without a light source.
