Made around 1900.

The Jugendstil or Art Nouveau is an art movement that was popular between 1890 and 1914 in various parts of Europe.

The brass is deliberately left unpolished so the new owner can decide whether to keep its 120-year-old patina or polish it to a golden high gloss.
