Allgemeine Elektricitäts-Gesellschaft (AEG) - Mignon 3 - Typewriter - 1920-1930

A special antique Mignon typewriter by AEG, equipped with the distinctive letter stencil and the mechanical pointer. With this typewriter, a letter is selected using the pointer, after which it is printed onto the paper.

The typewriter is in an authentic used condition with visible signs of age and wear, discoloration, dust accumulation, and localized oxidation.

All components are movable and operable. However, the carriage is not currently in the correct position, and I cannot reposition it myself. For that reason the typewriter is offered in its current state. A full typing test has not been performed.

A special collector's object for enthusiasts of antique typewriters, historical office equipment, and industrial design.
