Marson & Jones - Bonbon basket - Dated 1923 - .925 silver

A delightful small bonbon basket, measuring circa 9,7cm in height with handle up and weighing a gross 75g, ajour cut with orientalist medallions to the walls, standing on a round foot with pearl rim. Stamped with Birmingham assay marks for .925 silver, date letter y for 1923 and maker´s mark M&J of Marson and Jones, active in Birmingham from 1919 to 1937.

Condition: Overall good, no significant damages or repairs. Minimal bumps to the sides, minor wear.
