Ferdinand Porsche is known as the designer of the legendary sports car the Porsche 911. In the 1960s he started his own design studio under his name. This lamp he designed in the 1980s for PAF Studio in Milan. In the 1980s this lamp was seen in the Star Trek film The Undiscovered Country. The notable feature of this lamp is that it can be slid with different parts, allowing a different configuration of the lamp each time. A beautiful object for enthusiasts of distinctive design lighting.

Ferdinand Porsche is bekend als de ontwerper van de legendarische sportauto de Porsche 911. In de jaren 60  begon hij onder zijn naam een eigen ontwerpstudio.  Deze lamp heeft hij in de jaren 80 ontworpen voor PAF Studio in Milaan. In de jaren 80 was deze lamp te zien in de Star Trek film The Undiscovered Country. Het bijzondere aan deze lamp is dat met verschillende delen kan worden geschoven waardoor telkens een andere vormgeving aan de lamp kan worden gegeven. Een mooi object voor liefhebbers van bijzondere design verlichting.
