To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail). The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Special note on the expiry of the right of withdrawal:
Some items contained in this package (in particular the official Tournament Booster Packs as well as factory-new accessories) are delivered in their original sealed or vacuum-sealed condition. In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 6 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal of these specific products is removed or opened after delivery. A return of the whole package is therefore excluded once sealed individual components have been opened or altered. The package can only be returned under the right of withdrawal in full and in the unopened original state of all sealed parts.
