Indonesia. 5000 Rupiah 1974 (No reserve price)

This Indonesia 5000 Rupiah silver proof coin is part of the Wildlife Conservation series and features the orangutan, one of Southeast Asia's most iconic endangered species. This proof issue of the coin (KM #40a) was struck in sterling silver with a very limited mintage of 15,460. The large-size coin contains 32.375 g of pure silver.
