Spiral Columns: Features ebony-wood columns with a spiral carved form (barley twist), finished with gilded bases and capitals.
Marquetry and Ornamentation: The dark wood case displays decorative inlays and colorful floral patterns with enamel or mother-of-pearl.
Central Dial: The white round dial features black Roman numerals, framed by a richly worked bezel in gilt bronze (ormolu).
