All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Mail, and Mini Mail for delivery.

After payment is confirmed, we ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for damages, losses, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or delays.

Cancellation and Return Policy:
