Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcels, Mini Mail, etc. for delivery.

Ships within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
(Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon.)

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not bear responsibility for damage, loss, or depreciation in value that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or transit delays.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

We do not accept cancellations or returns after an auction ends.

Please carefully review the item description, photos, and our policies before bidding.

Cancellation cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- If the item differs slightly from the listing photo (image alignment)
- Condition of the outer box of an unopened package (not included with the product)
- Lack of understanding of duties/taxes
- If the outer box has been opened and you cannot prove that the shipment is from us, cancellation cannot be accepted for any reason.
- Minor packaging damage (slight deformation, dent, scratch) that is considered a shipping issue.
