All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Mini Mail, etc. for delivery.

Ships within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
(Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, Obon holidays.)

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, toploaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not accept responsibility for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or due to shipping delays.

Cancellation and return policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after the auction ends.

Please carefully review the item description, images, and our policy before bidding.

Cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the item differs slightly from the listing photo (image alignment)
- Condition of the outer box for unopened packaging (not included with the item)
- Lack of understanding of duties/taxes
- If you open the outer box and cannot prove the item shipped from us for any reason, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Minor packaging damage (slight deformation, dents, scratches) which will be treated as a shipping issue.
